Folsom Trails

This website is your resource for Folsom Trails System – our city’s jewel. It is our endeavor to bring the community together to enjoy the trails, help preserve our open spaces, and more.

Key features include:

  • Trail Map (under Quick Links and Trails menu) -  an interactive map to help you explore over 30 miles of Class I Bike trails and as well as points of interest accessible by trails. One interactive feature allows you to view trail underpasses crossing major roadways so you and your children can walk or bike safely without the worry of roadway traffic.
  • Events – we present upcoming local and regional events related to nature, trails, etc.  We hope you take part in them
  • Projects – posted here are projects that are underway.   Some of these projects could benefit with our community participation
  • What is it ? — this feature is our way to help you learn about any plants or animals that are local to Folsom.  This is our answer to your “what is it ?” question
  • ….and more.  Explore the website to find additional features.  As you might have noticed this is a blogging site as well so feel free to leave a comment and become part of the community

We plan on adding more features in the future, and we welcome any feedback using our Contact Us page.

Enjoy our trails and help preserve our nature.
